Two consultations: review and follow-up on implementation
Two consultations is a package of two online meetings of up to 2 hours, 2–4 weeks apart. In the first we analyse the situation and build an action plan; in the second we review what’s been done and adjust the plan. Price — €250 instead of €300 for two separate meetings.

How much is the two-consultation package
Once the time is agreed I send an invoice for a €125 deposit, which secures your slot. The remaining €125 is paid after the meeting.

( 01 )How much do two consultations cost?
€250 for two meetings of up to 2 hours — €50 less than two separate consultations. 50% deposit — €125, the rest after the first meeting.
( 02 )How is the second meeting booked?
We set its date at the end of the first meeting — 2–4 weeks later, so your team has time to implement the plan.
( 03 )What if the team doesn’t finish implementing?
The second meeting can be moved for free up to 24 hours before. If only part is done, we’ll look at what got in the way and adjust the plan to real resources.
( 04 )How is this different from ongoing support?
The package is two focused meetings on one task. Support is regular work from one month: a plan, contractor oversight, Telegram on business days.
